Our Privacy Policy in Plain Language
We believe in transparency. Here are the key points in simple terms.
What We Collect
Basic account info and data from ad/sales platforms you connect (Google, Meta, Shopify, etc.). We call this your “Platform Data.”
How We Use It
To power analytics, provide insights, and generate recommendations. We do NOT use your data to train generalized AI models.
Our Core Promises
You own your data. We never sell it. We only use it to provide the AdBliss service you signed up for.
AdBliss AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the AdBliss platform (the “Service”), an AI-powered advertising optimization tool accessible via adbliss.io. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with the Service. It applies to all users, including marketing teams, agencies, and businesses (“you” or “your”).
We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and requirements from ad platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Information We Collect
We collect information to provide and improve the Service, which unifies ad campaigns using first-party data for attribution and optimization.
Information You Provide
- Account and Integration Data: When you sign up or connect accounts, we collect your email, company name, role, and data from integrated platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify, Stripe). This includes ad campaign details, spend, performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CAC), and first-party sources like customer transactions and analytics.
- Configuration Data: Optimization goals, strategies, budgets, and automation preferences.
- User-Generated Content: Logs from AI decisions and any feedback you provide.
Automatically Collected Information
- Usage Data: Device information, IP address, browser type, pages visited, and interactions with the dashboard (e.g., via cookies or similar technologies).
- Analytics Data: Aggregated metrics for Service improvement, collected via tools like Google Analytics.
Data from Third Parties
We access data from connected ad platforms and sources only with your authorization (e.g., via OAuth). This may include Advertising IDs or similar identifiers, used solely for attribution and optimization as disclosed.
We do not collect sensitive personal data (e.g., racial origin, health) unless inherent in your provided first-party data, and only process it as necessary for the Service with your consent.
How We Use Information
We process information only for purposes clearly described here, in compliance with ad platform policies (e.g., Google API Services User Data Policy, Meta Platform Terms).
- Provide the Service: Use integrated data for attribution analysis and optimization via AdBliss's proprietary systems, budget reallocation, bid adjustments, and performance tracking.
- Improve and Personalize: Analyze usage to enhance features, forecast performance, and customize dashboards.
- Compliance and Security: Detect fraud, ensure SOC 2 compliance, and respond to legal requests.
- Communications: Send Service updates, AI decision notifications, or support responses.
We limit data use to what's necessary, request minimal permissions from ad platforms, and do not use data for personalized advertising, profiling beyond Service needs, or eligibility determinations.
For attribution analysis: AdBliss analyzes your data to provide attribution insights and recommendations. All processing runs entirely within AdBliss's secure infrastructure — your data is never sent to third-party AI services, and is never used to train generalized AI models.
Google API Services Compliance
AdBliss's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, data obtained from Google APIs (including Google Ads):
- Is used only to provide and improve user-facing features within AdBliss
- Is never used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models
- Is never transferred to third-party AI services
- Is processed solely within AdBliss's secure infrastructure
We do not sell, license, or purchase data.
- Service Providers: Share with vendors (e.g., cloud infrastructure providers) under strict contracts ensuring compliance with our standards and laws.
- Ad Platforms: Push optimizations (e.g., budget changes) back to connected platforms like Google Ads or Meta Ads, using their APIs with your authorization.
- Legal Requirements: Disclose if required by law, with notice to you where possible.
- Business Transfers: In mergers or acquisitions, data may transfer with prior consent and continued protections.
We do not share data with third parties for their own purposes, such as ad retargeting or data brokering.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard safeguards (e.g., AES-256 encryption, access controls) to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, or loss. We comply with SOC 2, conduct regular audits, and report vulnerabilities via our reporting channel.
Data is stored in secure cloud environments with real-time syncing secured by encryption.

You control your data. Contact us at privacy@adbliss.io to:

- Delete: Remove your data, subject to legal obligations.

International Data Transfers

Children's Privacy
The Service is not for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data; contact us if you believe we have.
